We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.
There's FREE UK Mainland Express Delivery when you spend £70:
- The cart contents must be over £70.
- Free Delivery areas include UK Mainland - England, Scotland and Wales.
- FREE UK Express Delivery orders will be sent with either DPD Local, Parcel Force or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Click & Collect is available from our store in Aldershot, Hampshire.

- We supply a tracking number with each order. Use this on Royal Mail, DPD or Parcel Force websites/apps to track your delivery.
- Delivery estimates are available on the cart page. Select your region and enter your postcode for an instant quote.
- *Next Working Day and Saturday delivery services are not guaranteed. While most parcels arrive the next working day or on Saturdays as expected, some may experience delays. We are not responsible for courier delays and postage refunds will not be issued.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Please let us know immediately if anything is missing or damaged when your delivery arrives.
- Missing: If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of despatch notification, please contact us.
- Damages and leaks: We pack orders carefully but if items arrive damaged, please sign with the delivery company as “damaged” and do not discard the item. Take photos for evidence and email hello@cleanandshiny.co.uk quoting your order number.
