Christmas 2025 & New Year Delivery Information

To avoid any disappointment this Christmas, below you'll find the order cut-off dates for UK FREE, Standard, Express and Saturday Delivery.

📍Our walk-in store will be open up to 11AM on Wednesday 24th December for last-minute customer collections.

We'll work as quickly as possible to despatch all orders.

For FREE UK Mainland Delivery (£70+)
Please order by Monday 22nd December
This is a 2-3 working-day service after despatch, so we'd recommend ordering as early as possible to take delivery in time for Christmas.

For Standard UK Mainland Delivery
Please order by Monday 22nd December
As above, this is a 2-3 working-day service after despatch. We recommend ordering early for delivery in time for Christmas.

For UK Mainland Express Shipping
Please order by 3PM on Monday 22nd December
Orders will be fast-tracked through the warehouse and despatched on a next-working-day service. Depending on order size and weight, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Local or Parcel Force will be used to send your order. Please note that, due to the Christmas rush, next-working-day delivery is NOT guaranteed. All being well Express Shipping is your best bet to receive your order on Tuesday 23rd December.

For UK Mainland Saturday Delivery
Please order by 2PM on Friday 19th December
Your order will be fast-tracked through the warehouse and will be despatched for delivery on Saturday 21st December. This is absolutely the fastest service available if ordering in time for Christmas. DPD Local or Parcel Force will be used.

New Year timeframes...

  • Orders will begin despatching on Friday 2nd January.
  • UK Express orders will take priority, so please select this option at checkout if your order is urgent heading into the New Year.
  • Orders with FREE Delivery will be despatched in the order they were received.
  • You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is on its way to you.
