We were lucky enough to get our hands on the newly-announced Rupes HLR15 and HLR21 cordless machine polishers!
Our initial impressions are that both machines are very well balanced, meaning Rupes have done a fantastic job at ensuring the battery and polisher head are the perfect distance from each other. You'll be able to correct and finish paintwork comfortably.
The handle also gives you the grip required to stay on-track.
Production models feature a safety button that is pressed initially, you can then use the trigger to ramp-up the polisher's speed as set on the dial.
Noise has been reduced due to the updated gears and there is less vibration, which will be a welcome change for detailers using these machines for long periods of time.
